We launch targeted marketing campaigns, provide lead handling tools, and support your follow-up efforts. For qualifying campaigns, you pay a one-time setup or enrollment fee up front and a referral fee when a transaction closes.
What types of leads do you generate?
We generate both buyer and seller leads. Buyer leads include people actively searching for homes, while seller leads are homeowners looking to sell their properties. All leads are pre-qualified and exclusive to ensure maximum conversion potential.
How much does lead generation cost?

Are there any long-term commitments?
No, we do not require long-term recurring commitments. Your participation is governed by the campaign, billing, and referral terms you accept, including any pay-at-closing agreement that applies to your account.
Are the leads shared with other agents?
No, all leads generated through HouseTea are exclusive to you. We don't sell the same lead to multiple agents, ensuring you have the best chance to convert each prospect into a client.

How quickly will I start receiving leads?

Setup or enrollment fees are generally non-refundable, and fees collected at closing are non-refundable once earned, subject to applicable law. If you have a billing concern, contact us and we will review it under your agreement and our Billing Terms.
